LibX Browser Extension for Rowland Medical Library

This is a great little time-saving gizmo, (plug-in, add-on) that makes the library and "The Internet" the same place. Search the library catalog, databases, e-journals and more, from wherever you are on the web.

This browser plug-in provides quick access to Rowland Library resources via a toolbar, icon "cues" embedded in web pages, and your browser's right-click menu.

Currently it works with the Firefox browser. The Explorer version will be available soon.

For more information visit the LibX homepage at http://www.libx.org/. Screenshots on the sidebar explains the features. You may also access the University of Michigan’s LibX and Firefox tutorial.

Download the Rowland Medical Library’s LibX extension at http://libx.org/editions/download.php?edition=3FEA57E0.
